Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Hemp Saloon. We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our hemp products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, less a 5% transaction processing fee to cover merchant charges. -
After Shipment but Before Delivery:
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped but before delivery, you will be refunded the full cost of the order minus the applicable shipping charge and a 5% return fee.
2. Returns

Eligibility:
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened (e.g., vacuum seal bags that have been broken) are not eligible for return. Certain items may be designated as final sale and cannot be returned—please review the product details for any such restrictions. -
Proof of Purchase:
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. -
Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that the returned package will reach us.
3. Refund Process

Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. -
Refund Issuance:
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item, plus an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit. -
Non-Refundable Charges:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at Hempsaloon.com and send your item to:

A replacement will be shipped after we have received and assessed the returned item. If the replacement item differs in price from the original, any difference will be addressed accordingly.
5. Legal and Jurisdiction

By completing your purchase, you assume full responsibility for your use of our products. Hempsaloon.com is not liable for any issues arising from your actions or the use of our products. -
Governing Law:
All terms of sale, including this Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. You agree that any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
